Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to connect with potential clients, explain our digital marketing services, generate leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Call business leads and explain our digital marketing services
- Fix appointments for the marketing team
- Follow up through phone and WhatsApp
- Maintain lead records in Excel/CRM
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum Higher Secondary (12th pass); graduation preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or digital marketing sales.
- Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and basic English.
- Confident speaking ability and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM, or calling software).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
