4. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:

Submit all required content, images, logos, documents, and credentials on time.
Ensure they have legal rights to use all submitted content.
Review and approve submitted work within a reasonable time.
Make payments according to the agreed payment schedule.
Delays in client approvals or content submissions may affect project delivery timelines.
5. Payments
All payments shall be made according to the agreed quotation or invoice.
Work generally begins after receiving the agreed advance payment.
Remaining payments must be completed as per agreed milestones.
Delayed payments may result in suspension of services.
Ownership of deliverables remains with Entrepot Media until full payment is received.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Estimated delivery timelines are provided based on the agreed scope of work.

7. Change Requests
The project includes only the revisions specified in the approved proposal.

8. SEO & Digital Marketing Disclaimer
Entrepot Media follows industry-standard and ethical digital marketing practices.
However, we do not guarantee:

9. Website Development
Upon full payment:
Clients receive ownership of their custom-developed website unless otherwise agreed.
Premium themes, plugins, stock images, fonts, APIs, and third-party software remain governed by their respective licenses.
Entrepot Media is not responsible for issues caused by unauthorized modifications made after project delivery.
10. Domain & Hosting
Where domain registration or hosting services are arranged through Entrepot Media:
Renewal charges remain the client’s responsibility.
Failure to renew domains or hosting may result in service interruption.
Entrepot Media shall not be liable for losses resulting from expired domains, hosting accounts, SSL certificates, or email services due to non-payment.

Our services may involve third-party platforms including but not limited to:

Payment Gateways
We are not responsible for downtime, policy changes, pricing changes, account suspensions, or technical issues arising from third-party providers.
12. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of the completed custom work transfers to the client unless otherwise specified.
Entrepot Media retains the right to showcase completed projects within its portfolio, website, presentations, and marketing materials unless restricted by a written confidentiality agreement.

Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid by the client for the respective service.
15. Cancellation & Termination
Either party may terminate a project by providing written notice.
The client remains responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination.
Completed payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
